At GrowNoob, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final once an order has been delivered.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered if:

• You were charged multiple times for the same order.
• We are unable to fulfill your order.

Refunds will not be provided if:

• You entered an incorrect Roblox username.
• You changed your mind after purchasing.
• The item has already been successfully delivered.
• You were unable to receive the item due to circumstances outside our control.
